Time for a Recap!

Christmas came and went…

Look some lovely old time peoples on my tree!  (yeah I got tired after making only four…  our tree is kind of bare.)

All of my hubby’s gifts, most of them made by me^^

Let’s see, there is a cellphone case, slippers, a scarf, a pokemon coin purse, a zombie and a mario coffee cup cozy, hand warmers, a monster pencil case, a boobie magnifying glass case, and a mini hubby (for him to put his glasses on at night).

 

Don’t know if I already said, but my hubby got his visa.  YEAH!  we are going back to the states on February 20th, so we have been busy packing and getting things in order.  We have also been searching for a house.  Hopefully we will have a home to move into when we get there.

 

Other than that, I have been working on crocheting my blanket and doing a little cross stitching.  I opened up an etsy store

where I have recently put up some cross stitch patterns (made by me and my hubby) and as soon as we get back to America I will be starting to sell my cute animal phone straps, dolls, crochet items, and anything else I can conjure up.

More work underway

Still working hard.  This week is my summer vacation and I am not tutoring at the moment, so I am stitching and crocheting as much as possible.  No matter how hard or quickly I try to work, there just never seems to be enough time in a day to get everything done.

I finished my Guinevere phone strap this morning.

 

Now I just have to finish up my brown owl and start the other two owls.

But instead of finishing Gideon I decided to work on Vincent the cat instead.

In an earlier post I said I was working on some christmas presents for my family.  I am working on two bookbags for my niece and nephew.  Today I finished the front panel of my niece’s bag.  But I am quickly running out of pink yarn so I will have order more before I can make the rest of the bag.

 

Progressing well, but slowly since I have been fluttering from project to project, are the Harry Potter scarf for my brother and the scarf for my granfather.
