Hello all! I am Whimsical Witch: a crafter who dabbles in the art of crochet, knitting, sewing, and all things handmade.
This blog is a place for learning about conjuring up magical things (crafts ^^) And you can even buy some of your very own WW conjurations.
Everyone is welcome so…
Hang up your pointed hat and leave your broomstick at the door because it is time to get your creative cauldrons bubbling.
More about me:
My name is Mandi. I am a wife, an esl teacher, and a lover of crafts, books, writing, and nature.
Hello Mandy,
I’m checking out your blog because you check out my blog, and I always think its fun to know who’s reading, and who might be a kindred spirit out there!
Sorry about your lost $100…sounds like something I would do!
I love food too…
Now, a question: what is an esi teacher?
I’ll be back to visit!
Sheila
Thanks for stopping by ^^
An esl teacher is someone who teaches English as a second language. I taught English in a private school in Korea for a year. Now I am mostly a tutor and a crazy crafter. I’m still in Korea, but hopefully by the end of the year or the beginning of next year I will be back in the states.
Oh, esl…I was reading it esi…yes, I’m familiar with English as a second language. In fact I’ve thought about pursuing that as a way to generate income. Thanks for the fast response!
Sheila
Yeah, I have made a nice little income from it. Of course working from 9-7:30 5 days a week, with over 50 students ranging from kindergarten through 5th grade is kind of stressful. But I really enjoy tutoring. It is less hours, and the same amount of pay.
Are thinking about teaching in America? I have never looked into that, but once I go back to the states that is something I think I will look into. ^^
I swear I am not obsessed with the computer and am constantly checking e-mails all day. I swear! LOL
No, no, me either! Actually it’s past my bed time at 11:00 here, but I was just catching up on email, fb, blogs, after having dinner with friends, so I’m just finishing up now…the best thing about the blogging community is the connectivity you find with people you would not have otherwise met. It’s a good thing!
Have a great night, or day…too late at night here for me to work out what time it is in Korea!
Sheila
